退款政策

本店設有15天退款政策，即顧客可於收到商品後15日內向我們申請退貨。詳情如下：

損壞或收到錯誤的商品

請在收到商品檢查您的商品及訂單，如果商品有缺陷、損壞或收到錯誤的商品，請在收到貨品之日（以簽收快遞日期為準）起後的15天內與我們聯絡，以便我們評估問題並改正。

退貨運費

品質問題的退貨運費將由我們承擔。請您先墊付運費並在寄出退貨貨品時將運費發票一同寄回，我們將根據實際運費金額為您辦理退款。未與我們聯絡並經由其他快遞或郵政方式退回，費用恕不承擔。

退款

我們會在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知您，並通知您退款是否獲得批准。如果獲得批准，將通過原始付款方式獲得退款。請留意，銀行或信用卡公司亦需要時間來處理和郵寄退款。

例外商品

我們不接受已標示不能退貨之特定商品或禮品卡的退貨。

要符合退貨條件，您的商品必須與您收到時的狀況相同，以下情況不予辦理退貨：

1. 已水洗、已使用或因個人原因造成損壞的貨品；

2. 缺少貨品原標籤、吊牌；

3. 缺少隨貨品附帶的贈品、配件；

4. 非質量問題的贈品；或

5. 超過退貨要求的期限。

如因以下原因的申請退貨，恕無法根據品質問題退貨為您處理，請您理解：

由於燈光，電腦顯示器色差，或個人對顏色理解等不同原因，導致照片與實物可能存在一些色差。此類並不屬於貨品品質問題。
貨品詳情頁面提供標準體型尺碼表/貨品尺寸供您參考；由於手工量度、批次不同或者個別量度方法標準等原因，可能與您的量度結果略有差異。
請您在收到貨品後及時檢查貨品是否完好，及時提出退貨要求。超過15天以上（以簽收快遞日期為準）的品質問題恕無法為您辦理退貨。
部分貨品由於生產工藝或面料處理原因，經洗滌後會有少許掉色或變形。在品質檢測標準範圍內屬於正常情況，恕不能按品質問題處理；另由於洗滌劑或不當的洗滌方式也會造成此類情況，請您依照說明進行洗滌。

Our store has a 15-day refund policy. Customers can apply to us for a return within 15 days after receiving the item. Details are as follows:

Damaged or received the wrong item

Please check your product and order after receiving the product, if the product is defective, damaged or received the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product (subject to the date of receipt of the express delivery), so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Return shipping for quality problems will be borne by us. Please pay the freight in advance and send the freight invoice together with the returned goods. We will refund you according to the actual freight amount. Failure to contact us and return via other courier or postal methods will not be charged.

Refund

We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected and will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be made to the original payment method. Note that the bank or credit card company also takes time to process and mail the refund.

Excluded Goods

We do not accept returns for certain items or gift cards that have been marked as non-returnable.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and returns will not be accepted for:

1. Goods that have been washed, used or damaged due to personal reasons;

2. The original label and hangtag of the goods are missing;

3. Lack of gifts and accessories that come with the goods;

4. Giveaways that are not quality issues; or

5. Exceeding the deadline for the return request.

If you apply for a return for the following reasons, we will not be able to handle the return for you according to quality problems, please understand:

Due to different reasons such as lighting, computer monitor color difference, or personal understanding of color, there may be some color difference between the photo and the real object. This category is not a product quality problem.
The product details page provides a standard body size chart/product size for your reference; due to manual measurement, different batches or individual measurement method standards, it may be slightly different from your measurement results.
Please check whether the goods are in good condition after receiving the goods, and make a return request in time. If the quality problem exceeds 15 days (subject to the date of receipt of the express delivery), we will not be able to handle the return for you.
Due to the production process or fabric treatment, some products will be slightly discolored or deformed after washing. It is a normal situation within the scope of quality inspection standards, and cannot be treated as quality problems; in addition, such situations may also be caused by detergents or improper washing methods, please wash according to the instructions.
